VAYRENZA is a brand name used for premium garment hanger products and related B2B services. This notice explains the permitted use of VAYRENZA website materials and how suspected infringement may be reported.
1. Protected materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, product names and coding system, product descriptions, photographs, renderings, graphics, logos, icons, page composition, visual design, downloadable materials, databases and software displayed on this website are owned by, commissioned for, or lawfully licensed for use by VAYRENZA. They are protected to the extent provided by applicable copyright, trademark, design, unfair-competition and other intellectual-property laws.
2. No implied licence
Access to this website does not transfer ownership or grant any licence to use the VAYRENZA name, logo, product imagery, catalogue structure, product codes, design system or other protected materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Limited permitted use
You may view the website and retain a reasonable number of extracts solely for internal evaluation of a genuine purchasing, distribution, hospitality, retail or OEM/ODM project. Every retained extract must preserve the VAYRENZA attribution and may not be published, redistributed or used to market another business.
4. Prohibited use
Without prior written permission, you must not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape in bulk, mirror, frame, translate for publication, modify, remove watermarks, create derivative catalogues, train or populate a competing commercial catalogue, impersonate VAYRENZA, register confusingly similar names or domains, or use website materials to advertise products or services not authorized by VAYRENZA.
5. Product images and specifications
Product photographs, renderings, names, codes and descriptions are supplied for evaluation and identification. They may not be separated from their context, relabelled, offered as another party’s work, or used to suggest an unauthorized commercial relationship. Product development files, source artwork, high-resolution masters and non-public specifications remain confidential when disclosed under a separate written arrangement.
6. Brand references
VAYRENZA and its associated word marks, logos, visual identity and product-series identifiers may be trademarks or protected brand identifiers. Editorial or factual reference must be accurate, limited and non-misleading. No use may imply sponsorship, approval, dealership, distribution rights or affiliation without written authorization.
7. Third-party rights
Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not grant a licence or imply endorsement.
8. Infringement reports
To report suspected copying, impersonation, counterfeit listings, unauthorized image use or domain abuse, email info@vayrenza.com. Include the reporting person’s name and contact details, the protected material, the infringing URL or location, screenshots, the date observed, and a short explanation of the requested action.
9. Evidence preservation
VAYRENZA may preserve dated source files, cryptographic file hashes, repository history, publication records, screenshots, correspondence and other records for the purpose of establishing creation, ownership, authorized use and infringement. Nothing in this notice limits any available right or remedy.
10. Written permission
Requests to reproduce or license VAYRENZA materials must identify the exact material, intended use, territory, media and duration. Permission is valid only when confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.
